This oversize pannier is perfect for packing large duffel loads or up to a 70-quart cooler. The exterior of 18 oz canvas duck is lined with 18 oz vinyl coated nylon and reinforced with nylon webbing at all stress points. Three 1.5" nylon straps secure the lid and include sewn in rings for top pack attachment. Felt padded cinch is included.
